Yes if you have genital you can transmit it if you give or receive oral. type 1 or 2 are viruses which are very contagious. Anytime you come in contact with body fluids like saliva, semen or l fluids you can spread the virus from one person to the other. It doesn't matter what type you have or when because they can both spread from one area of the body to another.
