I have a nagging pain in my back and .?

I have been to a couple different doctors and they all just blow me off. I have been through testing for arthritis, physical therapy, MRI's, numerous blood tests, visits to the chiropractor and x rays. No one seems to have any answers for me and don't seem to want to help. I have been disrespected by one doctor to the point where I am fed up and about to give up. OTC medicines do not have any effect on me, nor do the MOBIC, Celebrex, or Flexeril, that I have been on. Right now my only way to get any sleep is Nyquil and Rum. Is there any one else going through this and what can I do. Do I have any where to complain about the doctors who have blown me off? (One doctor actually had told me to take Tylenol and then asked me if I ever heard of it. Then he wrote "Tylenol or Acetaminophen" on a piece of paper and told me to ask the pharmacist to help me.)
