How can you turn an apple keynote into a microsft powerpoint?

i have a mac and i need a powerpoint presentation for school, but the apple keynote (which is the same as a microsoft powerpoint) will not open in a microsoft powerpoint. Is there any way to convert it because i know that in apple pages you can covert into a word doent but i need a powerpoint for school and i cant find a way to convert it and i will not be able to do my presentation without it.
