Ovulating and now i think i have BV?

Im sooooo upset right now !!! We have been trying to conceive for four months. This month everything was going well. I kept track of my ovulation chart, we had on the right days, and now i think i have BV. THe bad part is today I am Ovulating...Will this affect me trying to conceive this month or do I still have a chance??
