Guys please help me! There's this guy and well, what do you think?

I just met this guy like last week. We talked a little and I was with him like the whole night. But this guy is not a relationship guy because he doesn't think you should date unless it's really serious, like marriage serious but were only 16. And then I went to a sport thing tonight and he was there, I was with my friends he was with his. But he kept looking behind him to look at me, a lot. And then when I went to the other side of the bleachers with other friends he did to and he looked at me while he was walking and waved and smiled. And well what do you think?
