Do I have testicular cancer? I'm 14, groin pain?

I'm a 14 year old and recently ive had lessons in school about cancer, testicular cancer etc. but when I start thinking about testicular cancer, it scares me, and I've read some of the symtoms and I kind of have an ache/pain in my right groin but its only been since ive thought about testicular cancer, ive tested myself for lumps and can't find any, is this just groin pain? or cancer? and should I go to the doctor? thank you
