i think he's just jealous that u have male friends and doesnt really think about the fact that he has female friends. I think its just him being overly controling, if i were u id talk to him and explain this and if he doesnt understand or doesnt care, break up,if he really likes u, he wont try to control ur life and he'll trust u.
