Making R33 GTST P plate legal?
Looking at buying a turbo R33 GTST skyline 1994 model and was wondering how hard is it to make it p plate legal? also what exactly are the laws with modifications and what counts as a modification? Does the fact its been lowered affect me in relation to P plate laws in QLD?
