Is it me? Am I imagining things?

My crush and I hang out all the time one on one. We met at a friend's party last Halloween and have been inseparable even since. We flirt, go on dates (movies, out to bars, plays, etc) but we have not been intimate. I know I've been taking it slow because I've been burned before and I don't want to rush into anything that might jeopardize our friendship. He is a very shy guy but exhibits all of the I like you signs (he finds excuses to text or email, stares at me when out with our friends, his best friend from college knows all about me, etc). Is he just taking his time or would he have made a move by now if he were interested? Or are we just really good friends?
