Has anyone kept Chick-fil-a sweet tea gallon in their fridge for more than 3 days?

I used to love Chick-fil-a sweet tea and bought a gallon. I think it's been in the fridge for 3-4 days, and noticed something floating in jug. It's like pieces of lemon bits, but it can't be there's so many of them. It's gross. Anyone knows what they put in their tea? I won't drink their tea anymore.
